Andrew Fraser
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Fraser joined Kizoom in February 2008 as Chief Executive. Previously Divisional Managing Director for public sector firm Civica plc, Andrew has worked with market leading technology companies with interests in both the public and private sector for more than 20 years. Prior to Civica, Fraser spent seven years with IDOX plc where he led a management buy-in of this £14m company from Lombard Risk Systems, and its subsequent flotation on the London Stock Exchange. He has been involved with technology businesses since 1972, including Lombard Risk Systems as Sales & Marketing Director (global) and seven years with Wang UK and Ireland, among others. Fraser's forte is in successfully growing and developing technology companies from relatively small players to multi million pound organisations.
Damian Bown
Chief Operating Officer
Damian Bown heads up Kizoom's Operations team for all software products, and is ultimately responsible for excellence in product development and the timely delivery of all Kizoom software project deployments. A qualified Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from INSEAD, Damian was a founding member of Kizoom, which he joined after spending 10 years at Osborn International, a multinational industrial consumables manufacturer.
Nick O'Connor
Business Unit Director
Nick O'Connor heads up Kizoom's Operations team for all hardware products and services - interactive kiosks, screens and ticket vending machines (TVMs). He is ultimately responsible for product development, the delivery of client projects on time and to budget and for ongoing service and support. Nick was previously on the commercial side of the business for six years and before that held marketing roles in the technology and manufacturing sectors.
Nick Knowles
Chief Technology Officer
Nick Knowles is CTO and a founding member of Kizoom. He takes key responsibility for directing the development of the company's flagship mobile and internet services, taking a particular interest in the advancement of data and real-time standards, crucial to Kizoom services as a whole.
Nick was previously a founder and Technical Director of a successful UK CASE product company, Synon which won separate Queen's Awards for Exports and for Technology. In the mid 90's he started a London development lab for Object Technology International, one of the world's leading OO (Object Orientated) technology companies. He has represented the UK in a number CEN technical working groups (European Committee for Standardisation) developing European data exchange standards including real-time public transport data (SIRI), stop data (Transmodal/IFOPT) and timetables (NeTEx). Nick is also on the Technology Strategy board Steering group.
Tim Johnson
Product and Pre-Sales Manager
Tim Johnson joined Kizoom in December 2005 following a decade working in software team leadership and project management for Andersen and Deloitte. Tim is responsible for product management and pre-sales across the full range of Kizoom's offerings, and brings to this strong skills in bridging the gap between technical and commercial perspectives.
A key element of Tim's work is shaping and driving forward the roadmap for Kizoom's product range, ensuring that the firm stays at the forefront of technology trends, providing genuinely innovative and valuable services. Tim has specialist knowledge of the application of mobile technologies to the transport market.
Tim Halford
Sales & Marketing Director
Tim Halford joined Kizoom in 2004 as a business development manager and has progressed to Sales & Marketing Director responsible for the company's new business revenues and the associated marketing activities. Tim ensures that he and the commercial team provide a consultative approach to all clients, recommending the most appropriate solution to individual requirements. Tim also manages the ongoing relationships to provide continued satisfaction and to update clients on new technologies which might complement their existing investment. Prior to joining Kizoom, Tim worked for Volt Europe selling IT infrastructure services to vertical markets across the UK and Europe. Tim has five years' experience with two other IT service businesses, TLP technology and Lynx technology.
Prafula Shah
Financial Manager
Prafula Shah joined Kizoom in June 2009 as Financial Controller and now heads up the Finance department. Prafula has worked with small to medium sized businesses for more than 20 years and understands the hands on nature of such businesses. Prafula's key task has been to gradually & continually implement Financial Controls and accountability through better processes of operations.
Previously Prafula worked for Complan Foods Ltd a part owned subsidiary of M&C Saatchi & Heinz UK and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
